The Toowoomba State High School Parents and Citizens Association’s primary objective is to promote the interest of, and facilitate the development and further improvement of Toowoomba State High School.
Its purpose is to promote parent participation and encourage collaboration between parents, students, school communities and non-government entities to foster a commitment to achieve the best educational outcomes for children and young people.
Core functions of the Toowoomba State High School P&C Association:
- Foster community interest in educational matters
- Bring about closer co-operation between the parents of children attending the school and other members of the community, staff members of the school and students of the school
- If asked by the Principal, give advice and recommendations about issues relating to students as well as the general operations and management of the school
- Assist with fundraising to provide resources and services for the benefit of students
Become a member
To become a member of the Toowoomba State High School P&C Association, you need to complete the application for Membership Form. Please note, membership requires renewal at the AGM.

Meetings
The Toowoomba State High School P&C Association meets at 5.00pm on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in the Performing Arts Centre Staff Room (go up the external stairs to the left of the main entrance). All members of the school community are welcome to attend.

Business operations
Canteen
The Canteen is open school days from 7am til 2pm, providing a service to students and staff for breakfast and meal breaks.
Uniform Shop
The Uniform Shop (located adjacent to the Canteen) is open from 8am to 10.45am and at other times by appointment (Ph: 4637 1390). The TSHS Uniform Shop stocks the full range of sports and formal uniforms. Uniforms can also be purchased from Hannas, Ruthven St. Toowoomba.
