Top Blokes | Led by qualified Youth Workers and running over two terms, this program focuses on building the skills necessary for young males to navigate the teenage experience. Evidence-based, the program is designed to hold space for 14-17 year olds to talk about everything from relationships to alcohol, leadership to vaping, self-awareness to drugs, mental health to porn. This transformative experience equips them with the skills to navigate complex social dynamics and build a strong, positive identity. Breakfast Club | For a variety of reasons, a significant number of children come to school without having had breakfast or a substantially healthy breakfast. This is something they are not able to control and as a result these children are disadvantaged by hunger and poor nutrition. Not only does this affect their education, but it also affects their long-term health and wellbeing. Our Breakfast Club is an inclusive opportunity available to all students to access a nutritious breakfast on a regular basis. Act Up | The focus of this program is to support young people develop interpersonal, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills through a play-based approach. Students will engage in activities designed provide opportunities for young people to develop skills which support connection and emotional regulation as protective factors for mental health. Each activity is designed to provide structure rather than subject. Students will bring their personalities into the room and be supported to navigate how their own personalities interact with other when attempting to work in the same space, all under the supervision of mental health practitioners. | Term 2 & 3 Weeks 3 – 8 | Year 7 |

Love Bites | Love Bites is a Respectful Relationships Education Program for young people aged 15-17 years. It consists of two interactive workshops: one on Relationship Violence, and one on Sex and Relationships, followed by creative workshops and community campaigns. Love Bites is a flexible model with options to use a full day or multi session delivery approach. Love Bites aims to provide young people with a safe environment to examine, discuss and explore respectful relationships. All Love Bites programming takes a strength-based approach and views young people as active participants who are able to make choices for themselves and their relationships when supported with information and opportunity for

DrumBeat | DRUMBEAT is an acronym for Discovering Relationships Using Music, Beliefs, Emotions, Attitudes, and Thoughts. Each DRUMBEAT session focuses on different relationship themes such as identity and social responsibility, values, dealing with emotions, peer pressure, harmony, communication and teamwork. RAGE | The RAGE program or Renegotiating Angry and Guilty emotions sets out to provide young people between 11-16 an opportunity to learn and practice managing their anger in a safe and supportive environment. Using a range of strength and solution focused activities over 6 weeks, the program aims to support the participates in gaining a healthy perspective into the human emotion, anger. During each of the weekly 70 minutes sessions a main topic will be worked through, the topics include: - The many Faces of Anger.

Seasons For Growth | Seasons for Growth is an education program that builds the resilience and wellbeing of children who have recently experienced loss due to death, family separation or migration. Seasons for Growth aims to support young people to understand their feelings, help them develop skills for coping, restore self-confidence and educate them about the grief process. Rock & Water | Rock & Water is aimed at raising self-awareness of personal strengths and abilities and at learning how to play, work and live together with others in a changing, multicultural society. The concepts 'rock' and 'water' are used as a metaphor throughout the program for adults, children and young people to explore and choose different forms of communication. Practice-focused physical exercises and activities make it easier to transfer these skills to situations in daily work or life. Rock & Water is designed to enhance children's resilience skills, monitor and identify their reactive behaviour patterns when placed in times of stress, develop their capacity to work effectively in a group situation by analysing how relationships are strengthened, and to stand with focus and determination as an individual. | Term 4 | TBC |
