​​​The Parents and Citizens' Association operates a canteen at Toowoomba State High School. Our canteen provides both a service for the school community and a source of income which the P&C Association reinvests into improvements around the school.

Operating Days

Our canteen is open from 8am to 12.30pm and 1.25pm to 1.45pm on the following days:

Monday

Tuesday

Wednesday

Thursday

Friday

 

Volunteering - Can you help?

​The canteen is run by a full-time convenor but relies heavily on parent volunteers to maintain its services. If you can assist, please contact us.

Volunteers are always welcome.

The Canteen is situated within B Block.

Dietary Requirements 

We cater for dietary requirements including gluten free and dairy free. Please advise the Canteen if your child has any allergies or sensitivities so these can be clearly labelled on tuckshop orders.

App & Online ordering are available. 

Orders MUST be placed by 8.45am the day of the order.

Canteen orders can be purchased online using the SSO App.

Download the App, search for Toowoomba State High School and choose “Canteen".

Over the counter service 

At both break 1 and break 2, the full menu is available for students to purchase over the counter. Students are only permitted to purchase from canteen before school and during lunch breaks.

Amend an Order 

You can cancel or amend orders before 8.45am by logging in and accessing 'my account' and making the required changes.

This guide will help you amend (edit/cancel) or change the delivery date for an order you made in the Tuckshop/Canteen system.

Making Payment 

The available payment methods are eWallet, credit card, and PayPal.

Payment can be made by PayPal using your Debit or Credit Card (a service fee applies), or through an 'e wallet' which allows you to transfer money into your tuckshop account which you can use to pay for the orders. 'e-wallet' attracts no service fee.

**Handy Hints**

  • to avoid the 1.5% service fee from the banks where possible top up your e-wallet or pay by using Debit/Etpos.
  • to assist with budgeting, you can order through SSO more than 1 week at a time.
